Most homeowners have their windows cleaned two times a year, but we have many customers who have the outsides cleaned every 3 months to ensure that they are always clean. Inside windows do not need to be cleaned as often as the outside windows.
The only thing we ask is that if you have any nick-nacks near your windows, please move them. Same if you have anything hanging by suction cup on your window. You don’t need to move furniture or take down curtains, we can work around those.
With an “In and out” window cleaning we will wipe down the screens and sills. Crews are not equipped for detailed sill cleaning. We can take the screens outside and hose them for an extra charge.
Yes, we can safely clean windows in light to moderate rain as it does not affect the quality of the cleaning. If it rains after we clean your windows, they will still be clean! Rainwater is surprisingly clean and will not make your clean windows dirty.
A waterfed pole is a new window cleaning technology. Water is filtered through a reverse osmosis and deionizing system, removing contaminents that could leave spots. It allows us to both scrub and rinse, reaching higher windows in a much safer fashion. No squeegees needed because it dries completely clear!
For many homes we use a waterfed pole on the outside, especially for high windows. The pole utilizes a scrubber with a pure water rinse that will air dry clear without squeegeeing. So if you see water drops on your windows immediately after cleaning, wait a few minutes for it to dry clear.
